MY DEEP CONDOLENCES TO HIS FAMILY AND CO WORKERS AND FRIENDS .. 1973 HE DID SURGERY ON MY LOW SPINE LEAVING THE SMALLEST SCAR ANY OF MY DOCTORS HAVE EVEN SEEN ,,AND A LOT OF RELIEF OF MY PAINS ... I HAVE NEVER FORGOTTEN HIS KINDNESS AND GENTLE NATURE AND CARING HEART ... WAS SO ODD WHEN I LEFT DEL. AND MOVED TO N. CAROLINA I HAD TO FIND NEW DOCTOR AND PICKED ONE OUT OF YELLOW PAGES AND WHEN I FIRST VISITED DR. COURTLAND DAVIS FIRST THING HE ASK ME ,,, HOWS PIERE LEROY DOING . TURNED OUT DR. DAVIS WAS ONCE HIS PROFESSOR . .. DR. LEROY I HAVE NEVER FORGOTTON YOUR KIND , CARING WAYS AND MAY GOD REST YOUR SOUL FOREVER AND EVER.

We just found that Dr. Leroy passed and want his family to know that the Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy Assn, had the chance to work with the Doctor to enlighten other Doctors (and patients) that this disease was a horrible YET MANAGEABLE disease. My wife worked closely with him and unfortunately she now has Alzheimers so she will remember him as a great friend and will never be aware of his passing. We will pray for his safe passage.

Sorry to hear of Dr. Leroys death.He was a friend and colleague. We spent time together in stimulating conversation.I'll add my prayers for him. Joe De Laurentis,M.D.

I am sorry for your loss. What a remarkable legacy your father left behind. He touched so many lives and he will continue to live on through them and your memories of him. May those memories help give you peace.

It's been said that a man's legacy is his family. If so, Pierre leaves a legacy to be immensely proud of. From the children to their spouses to the grandkids to their friends they treat like family, the Leroys embrace a spirit of togetherness and caring all too uncommon today.

The Family of Doctor Leroy will be in my Thoughts and Prayers. I too was involved in a near fatal Auto accident in 1980. Doctor Leroy and many other Doctors developed a plan for my road to recovery. Thank You Doctor Leroy, RIP my Friend. God Bless!

My Thoughts and Prayers go out to the LeRoy family. Dr. LeRoy you saved my life in 1971 when you put the shunt in my head and for that I will be greatful for all your medical knowledge. Rest in Peace.

May God's peace surround the family, colleagues and friends of this gentle soul who helped me get on the road to recovery. Dr. LeRoy was my first neurosurgeon after a near-fatal car accident in 1986 and the years of recovery that followed. I will miss him dearly as my Doctor and friend.
