No words can adequately express how special Spike is to me and how much I'll miss him. He was a dear friend who was kind, thoughtful, sweet, and a real prayer warrior. Athens Drive Baptist Church just won't be the same without you, Spike, but I rejoice that you are well now and reunited with Polly. My deepest condolences to all the family.

We will miss Spike at Athens Drive Baptist Church. He was a faithful member and a good friend to all who knew him. Bo´s and Smithfield´s will miss the courtesy he extended to the staff of those establishments on his regular visits. Rest in peace our dear friend.
