He is survived by his loving wife, Deborah Bolick, daughter, Jennifer (Craig) Bolick, son, Joshua Bolick, grandchildren, Derek (Savanna), Kylie (Jesse), Bryanna, Natalie, McKenna, Ashley, great grandchild, Ellie, his 2 dogs, Deuce & Bugsy.
He was loved by many & will be missed by us all.
