Funeral services for Mr. Robert Hayes will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday, February 14, 2024, in the chapel of Replogle-Lawrence Funeral Home with Bro. Don Prescott and Bro. Kenny Perry officiating. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be held Tuesday, February 13, 2024, from 5 until 8 p.m. at the funeral home and on Wednesday from 10 a.m. until service time.
Mr. Hayes, 71, passed away February 12, 2024, at Maplewood Healthcare in Jackson, TN.
He was born in Humboldt to the late Robert Willard Hayes, Sr. and Laura Marie (Stanford) Hayes. Robert was retired from Gibson County EMS after 25 years of service to the community. In his spare time he enjoyed truck farming and working for Laster’s Backhoe Service.
Robert is survived by his children, Trey Hayes and wife Ashley, Jeana Turnbow and husband John; grandchildren, Sadie Hayes, Will Turnbow, and Matthew Turnbow; sister, Jennifer Brandon and husband Jim; niece, Meghan Dorrough; nephew, Caleb Brandon; special friend, Vicki Maddox.
Those honoring him as pallbearers will be: Caleb Brandon, Jim Brandon, Tim Lowery, Brent Farrar, Pablo Hernandez, Doug Lockard.
