Ronald was an active member of the Church of the Holy Apostles as well as The Villa Desiderata, Inc.
He is survived by his wife Judith (Judy) Franks, his Children Lisa Porzel (Pat Porzel), Laura Pales, Bryan Franks (Erika Franks); his grandchildren Christina Welch (Mark Welch), Lindsay Lundy (Mike Lundy), Bradley Potts, Caleb Jackson (Laura Jackson), Jacob Pales, Ashley Pales, Joshua Pales, Milena Franks, and Marek Franks; his great-grandchildren Lance Welch, Genevieve Welch, Annalise Welch, Madilynn Jackson, and Addison Lundy.
A Visitation will be held at The Church of the Holy Apostles, 5211 W Bull Valley Road, McHenry IL 60050, on Saturday, July 15th from 10:30 to 11:30 am, followed by a Funeral Mass and Interment at the church cemetery.

In Lieu of Flowers donations to Villa Desiderata Fr. Lutz Scholarship fund or The Church of Holy Apostles are appreciated.
