Sarah Elizabeth Collins

Sarah was our neighbor for many years in Grandview. She was a good friend to my mother and will be missed by our entire family.

Family is not only blood and marriage, family is deeply seeded bonds that carry on through life, through thick and thin in joys and in sorrows. This amazing woman here was definitely the true definition and example of these bonds! She was a great American and person. Big Sarah has always been an inspiration to me, modeling what a strong, caring and independent women really is. From the day I was born and the hospital called her to hear me cry (bonds so strong they didn't know she wasn't my grandmother) to the very last time I got to hug her and tell her that I loved her, she has been there for me and teaching me so much! Big Sarah, your little Sarah ( Sarita) will forever miss you! I will miss all of our trips to come visit you throughout the year every year and spending precious time with you, our vacation to the Smokey Mountains, but most of all your wisdom, stubbornness, countless stories, beautiful heart and your unconditional love. 'Till we meet again I have a lifetime of memories to hold on to.
