Shannon "Todd" Ferguson gained his angel wings on April 28, 2018, at the age of 55 after a fighting a long battle with cancer. He was born on Sept. 2, 1962 in Hurst, TX and lived in Anna with his wife, Christy for the past 5 years. He graduated from LD Bell High School in 1982 . Todd will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 5 years, Christy Ferguson and his daughter, Ashley and husband Jonathan Head of Flower Mound, and step-children Dani Davis of Brock, Rikki and husband Matt Sanders of Ft. Worth, Jaxon Davis of Grapevine, Hunter Hames of Austin, Hanna Hames of McKinney, brothers Terry and Melody Ferguson of Rising Star, Dennis and Cathy Ferguson of Ft. Worth, Phil and Debbie Ferguson of Lufkin, and sisters Sue Harvey-Morris of Euless and Sherry Barton of Watauga . Todd adored his grandchildren Jacob, Ava, Mia, and Nahla Sanders, and Landon and Kayden Blue . Todd was preceded in death by his parents Harry and Patricia Ferguson.

Todd (aka Batman) was the Assistant Service Manager at Southwest International Trucks in McKinney for 11 years and he also worked at Cummins Diesel for 25 years before coming to McKinney. Todd was a hard worker and made many lifelong friends along the way. Todd loved working with Special Olympics and spent many of his holidays helping out. He loved to fish and hunt and enjoyed being outdoors, especially on his property in Carbon, TX, where he was planning for his retirement years.

A celebration of Todd's life will be held at 10 am on May 5th, at Stonebriar Funeral Home in Frisco, Texas.
