Susan D. Weaver, age 69, of Mount Laurel, NJ passed away on May 27, 2024 after a courageous battle with appendiceal cancer.
Susan was born on August 17, 1954 to the late Mary Jane and Charles Fahs in Philadelphia, PA. She retired from Penn Federal (NYCB) as VP of Banking & Training after 40 years. A loving and kind woman, Susan dedicated her life to her family. She was selfless, strong, and pure hearted. Susan would do anything for those she loved, regardless of how she was feeling. She was known for her love of baking & feeding others, especially with her cookies & breads. A perfect day for Susan would be walking through the woods, kayaking or bicycling to New Hope. She had a wonderful sense of humor and loved to have fun. She will be missed deeply by her loved ones.
Susan is survived by her husband of 35 years, Robert Weaver; her children, Bill Weaver (Elise Finley), Sarah Viana (Tony) and Michael Weaver (Ondra Craw); her siblings, Charlie Fahs, Jr. and Rebecca Merrifield (Carl); her grandchildren, McKinley Weaver, Emily Viana, Connor Viana and one on the way; her beloved cat, Hemingway; loving nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
