I had the pleasure of working with Mrs. Bonnie in the late '80's at Pak-A-Sak while I was in high school. I started out as a bagger and later she helped train me to be a cashier. She always had a knack for keeping us teenagers straight. When Mr. Rogers wasn't looking we would start "cutting up", and Mrs. Bonnie would step in to let us know that Mr. Rogers had left her in charge. We respected her authority. Those were good times. She will truly be missed.

Dear Allen and Debbie,
So sorry about your Mother. We worked alot of days at Foodland together. Mr. Rogers had his hands full with all of us, but we had alot of fun. Your Mama tried her best to keep us all straight too. We just thought her bark was worse than her bite, even though she tried to convince us otherwise. She had a great sense of humor and loved everybody. She will be missed alot. Please print all the entries in the guestbook to have on those days that you need some encouraging words to read from your friends. Love y'all

Arthur and family, You and your family are in my prayers. Your mother was such a sweet person.
She always had a smile on her face whenever I saw her. She believed in the Lord and I never heard her complain when I knew she was not feeling well. I believe she is in a better place and her pain is forever gone. May God bless you!

My prayers are with the family of Ms. Bonnie. I worked at Bayview as a cna and I became very close with Ms. Bonnie, I confided in her and valued her words of wisdom. I'm a student in college and visited with Ms.Bonnie the last time I was home. Even though I am only 19 years old, Ms. Bonnie always treated me with respect and that's something I will always remember, that and her loving spirit. She will truly be missed.
