Daniel Nar Obituary

Dan Nar, 63, succumbed to a long battle with mental illness on August 8, 2023. He was a resident of Mentor, born and raised in Willowick, graduated from North High School and the Willoughby-Eastlake Career Center in 1978. He possessed a great love of cars, excelled in auto body restoration and went on to have a lifelong career doing that until he retired this year. Dan is survived by his sister Debbie Pequignot (Tom, deceased), brother David (Sandra), nieces and nephews: James Pequignot (Bridget Gibbons), Maria (Turner Mathews), Blake Pequignot, Austin Warner (Hannah), Katrina and Darice Kannon (Glen). Preceded in death by his parents Steve and Rosemarie Nar (Kusowski). Danny, may you find the peace in death that you were unable to find in life. A private graveside ceremony is planned. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be sent to NAMI of Lake County at https://namilakecountyohio.org/get-involved/donate. ARRANGEMENTS BY FERFOLIA FUNERAL HOME (330-467-4500).
