9/20/12 I only found out about Rick and Paco's passing yesterday. I met Rick buying disco music at a music store in dowtown NYC about 30 yeas ago. He has been a dear friend. We would talk almost every day, at one point 2 & 3 times a day. Many of these talks were about the disco world, the Saint, music played there and the DJs we were friendly with. I will miss him. He waa large part of my life. I can't believe I will never talk to him. My condolenses to his family.

Rick and Paco were our neighbors at the Groves. He was the first person to welcome us to the building, and was always a friendly face to see while we were out walking our dog. We are Gator Grads, so he would frequently stop by our apt to talk football and let Paco see our fish tanks. He loved the fish! Rick will definitely missed around here, and we extend our deepest sympathies to the Wagner family.

Richard and Paco were my neighbors. Richard was a very friendly outgoing man. He and Paco were well known at the complex. Richard always had a friendly word and conversation for all that he met. It makes me so sad and am so sorry for your loss. I have strong faith in God. God bless your families and may you all have his peace and grace during this difficult time.
