Michael Yeater Obituary
In addition to his wife, Mike is survived by one sister, Donna Mawyer and husband, Thurmond; one brother, Rick Yeater and wife, Donna, all of Lynchburg; several nieces and nephews and three Godchildren, Jasmine Gilbert, Nicolas and Mina Fleshman. A funeral service will be conducted at 3:00 p.m., Saturday, February 25, 2012 at Whitten Park Avenue Chapel. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m., Friday, February 24, 2012 at the funeral home with pastor Barry Cantor officiating. Memorial contributions may be made to the Children's Miracle Network, 205 West 700 South, Salt Lake City, Utah, 84101.

He was so much more than a parts counter man, he was the type friend who always had a smile, a wise crack , but he also show compassion when he saw a friend hurting. Mike delivered parts to the mechanic shop where I work at andis also a friend of my dads!!he was a wonderfull man full of jokes and laughter always!!! We will miss his smiling face and jokes!!! We love you mike!!!!

Sue~and family,
I am so sad to hear about Mike. You all have my love and support during your tremendous loss. I have quite a few wonderful stories and memories to share about my nearly 30 year friendship with Mike. He has one of the biggest hearts of anyone I have ever known and I will always remember him for the generosity and fun times we had.
May you be comforted in knowing Mike is probably still helping folks and making them laugh like he did with us while we shared his life here.
