Patricia Arthur Obituary
Born in Charleston, W.Va. on September 2, 1934, she was a daughter of the late Howard Reeder Martin and Phyllis Parker Martin and her late husband, Richard Felton Arthur.
Patricia graduated from Marshall University with a Bachelor's degree in business.
A memorial service will be held 10 a.m., Saturday, November, 12, 2022, at the Scattering Garden at the Old City Cemetery. In case of inclement weather, the service will be held in the chapel.
Those wishing to make memorial contributions, please consider First Presbyterian Church or Westminster Canterbury Foundation.
