Anne Weis Obituary

WEIS - Bridgette Anne (Wolf) of St. James, NY passed away suddenly on August 26th. Devoted mother of Marc Tufo and Jayde Weis both of St. James. Beloved daughter of Veronica (Whalen) Wolf and the late John R. Wolf. Dear sister to John Wolf and wife Danielle and Jeanmarie Blau and husband Alex. Loving aunt to Samantha Blau & Connor, Brendan & Gracie Wolf. Also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins and her children's fathers Frank Tufo and Greg Weis. Funeral Mass Saturday, August 30th at 11:15 AM at Sts. Philip and James Church., St. James, NY. In lieu of flowers, a fund has been established to benefit Bridgette's daughter Jayde.
