Ed ( Jiddou),
We love you very much and wished you could have stayed with us to continue to guide us through our lives. We were lucky to have had you as long as we did. You have impacted all of us and we will never forget you and your great advice and loving guidance. You always looked at the brighter side of things and I hope I can do the same. You are a great loss to us all. We will miss you deeply but always hold you close in our hearts. Love you always.

Our lives wrre so deeply enriched when you were with us to share our path. Such an honorable man, so warm and brave, strong to the last moment. We will miss you so deeply, Dad. You have always been, and will always remain, in our hearts, deeply loved. Surely, we will meet again.

Dear Joni and Family,
It was a great privilege to know Ed and have him as our brother-in-law.
He was a kind and gentle man with only good words to say.
Ed was a hero to our country for his service overseas in the war fighting for our freedom.
He touched all of our hearts with his positive attitude about life and will be greatly missed by all.
May he rest in peace.
With our love, support, and deepest sympathy ~

Ed (Jiddo) was a great step-father. His war stories were fascinating and educational. Very few WWII vets are left and it was an honor to listen to Ed and his perspectives on his experiences. In addition, he always took great interest in my business ventures and offered advice from his own experiences that would rival any education from Wharton. He accepted us into his family with open arms. He wasn't shy about his feelings, good or bad. If he was upset about something, we knew it. Likewise, he was never shy with praise and adoration when things went well. I was lucky enough to have this man in my life for twenty years. He was there for my law school graduation, for my wedding and he was there when my beautiful daughters were born. He will be missed in more ways that words than possibly describe. Rest in Peace Jiddo, and know that we will always love you. Steve
