Gail Denise Steele 58, went home to be with the Lord Monday, September 18, 2023 at Community North Hospital, Indianapolis.
She was born May 12, 1965 in Connersville the daughter of Ralph and Marcia Kay Pruet McFarland and was a 1983 graduate of Connersville High School.
She enjoyed her 22 years working at the local Ford plant and later worked Residential CRF for a number of years before retiring due to her health.
In her leisure time Gail enjoyed flower gardening, listening to music, antiques, and most of all watching her boys play baseball and football.
Gail leaves behind two sons to cherish her memory, Tyler Jacob (Aimee McManus) Steele, Dylan Lee (Allison) Steele; Her mother Marcia McFarland; a sister Lori (Mike) Venable; a niece Desiree (Casey Brown) Bunch; a great niece Brynlee Bunch; a great nephew Cason Brown; Serval aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, and a precious granddaughter due in December.
She joins her father, Ralph McFarland; a brother Lyle; a sister Lisa; her paternal grandparents Marshall (Reba) McFarland. Maternal grandparents James D. (Gertha) Pruet; granddaughter Emmerlynn; several aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends in heaven.
As our earthly hearts are broken and we are missing her so much already, our Godly hearts know, she is no longer in pain. She will forever live in our hearts until we shall see her again.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday September 23, 2023 at Miller Moster Robbins funeral home with Mike Venable officiating, burial will be in Dale Cemetery friends may call at the funeral home from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service on Friday.
