James Sydnor Obituary
James Sydnor, age 54, of El Dorado Hills, California passed on May 16, 2013 in Folsom, California. James was born to parents James Sydnor and Lillian Garrett in Kentucky. He is survived by his wife, Lauren, daughters, La Rhonda and Janelle, granddaughters McKenzie and Jade, and sister, Marilyn.
James received a basketball scholarship and attended collage at Eastern New Mexico University, majoring in Psychology. He became a Systems Analyst and Programmer, consulting on projects in many industries.
In lieu of flowers and gifts, donations can be made to the National Kidney Foundation.
Celebration of Life gathering will be held May 30, 2013 at 3:00 PM at Cafe Campenile 4359 Town Center Blvd, El Dorado Hills, CA 95762 on the patio.

I was deeply saddened when I heard the news of my fraternity brother's passing. My prayers and thoughts go out to the family and to all who knew SYD....I will truly think about the times we spent together at Eastern New Mexico University....and as Rudolph stated....that impeccable laugh.....James was truly one of the shining beacons in the "16 Karat Gold"...May peace be with you....Your frat brother.........

So very sorry to hear about Bub's death. My prayers and thoughts go out to his family. So many fond memories of the house on Van Voast Street and Pop's old beat up Sanford and Son's truck. Rest in peace my friend.

Dear Lauren,
Thank you so much of thinking of me to send me James' program. He was such a dear friend to me and my twin brother is college. We all pledge a fraternity together and he was a joy to be around. No one had his New York accent or that New York laugh, which I'll never forget. If you can find a copy of "the Dash" poem read it in remembrance of James. With him making Jesus his Lord and Savior, we will see each other again.
