Jerome S. Magolan Sr.

Jerome Joseph Magolan, Sr. ""Jerry Sr.'' joined his wife Mae Dorothy with our Lord, on December 5, 2007.
He is survived by his sons and daughters-in-law, Jerome J. Magolan, Jr.,
MD (Patricia) and Michael P. Magolan (Colleen), as well as his
grandchildren, Kathleen Magolan, Jerome Magolan III, Shannon
Magolan, Jenessa Magolan, Melissa Magolan and McKenon
Magolan. He is also survived by his brothers, Frank Magolan
(Helen, dec.) and Gilbert Magolan (Rita); his sister-in-law, Beatrice; and
nu merous nephews, nieces and cousins. He was preceded by his sister, Ordelia (Jack) and brothers, Ray
(Phyllis), Gerald, and Arnold (Blanche). Jerry served his country during World War II in the US Navy as a
Flying Aviation Radar Technician from June, 1943, through March, 1946.
He is retired from the former Allis-Chalmers in Wisconsin, where
he worked as a Quality Control Engineer. He moved to North
Carolina with Mae in 1988 to be near their children and
grandchildren. Funeral service will be held 12:00 noon Monday, Dec. 10, 2007 at St.
Raphael Catholic Church. Entombment will follow at Brier Creek
Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at Brown-Wynne Funeral Home, Mill
