I just found out about dear Mrs. Philbeck's passing. I was her Veterinarian for her 2 sweet persians and enjoyed many years of knowing her. Such a lady. She was so sweet and polite- a true southern belle and I loved her and will miss her. My sympathy to her family whom she adored.
