Dr. Foley was a blessing to our medical community in so many capacities. For me personally, he quickly recognized a possibly fatal condition and performed emergency surgery which saved my life. I will be forever grateful for his skill, knowledge and compassion as a doctor and surgeon. Rest in Peace Dr....
