Dee and family, Our sincerest condolences
I am truly saddened to learn of the passing of my dear friend. He made my high school days so much more bearable. There isn't space to say how much he meant to me. Rest in Peace my friend. Love you forever.

To the family of Mike Wagner so sorry for your loss.
During the time I worked for Mike at AMS and AMS360, I enjoyed working for Mike he was a great boss and a great friend easy to get along with, during the time working for Mike I never know how talented he was, I had no idea he knew how to make glasses he was a great man and I will miss him a lot wish I got to spend some more time with him he had some good stories. RIP Mike.
