David S. McFarland

OKEECHOBEE - David S. McFarland, Jr. died Sat., July 13, 2013, at Lawnwood Regional Medical Center in Ft. Pierce, Fla. David was born in Malvern, Pa. and became a resident of Okeechobee in 2008. He enjoyed traveling as a hobby. David was a member of the Loyal Order of Moose, Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks, Fraternal Order of Eagles, Veteran of Foreign Wars, and the American Legion. David is survived by his loving wife of 59 years, Joan Ann McFarland. There will be no services held at this time. Arrangements are under the care of Matthew and Paul Buxton of Buxton-Seawinds Funeral Home, 3833 S.E. 18th Terr., Okeechobee, Fla.
