Edward T. Falsey, Jr. of North Haven, CT and Narragansett, RI , peacefully entered into eternal rest on February 5, 2018. Son of the late Dr. Edward T. Falsey and Emma (Ridinger) Falsey, he was born in New Haven on July 8, 1922. He graduated from St. Rose School, Fair Haven, CT, LaSalle Military Academy, 0akdale, NY and Cornell University College of Arts and Sciences, Ithaca, NY. During World War II he served as an Army 1st Lieutenant in the Infantry in the European Theater of 0perations. Following the war, he graduated from the University of Connecticut School of Law where he was Editor in Chief of the Connecticut Law Review. After graduation he was associated with the New Haven law firm of 0'Keefe, Johnson & 0'Keefe before establishing his own law firm. In 1964 he was elected Judge of Probate for the Town of North Haven, a position he held until his retirement in 1992. Predeceased by his wife, Marie (Flynn) Falsey and his sister, Evelyn (Falsey) Dwyer, he is survived by his three children, Ann M. Falsey of Branford, CT, Edward T. Falsey (Daphne R. Vayos) of Avon, CT, and Marie T. Falsey of North Haven, CT and his grandchildren, Alexandra M. Falsey of Avon, CT and Peter E. Falsey of Boston, MA.
