DIAZ Patricia (Pat) Ann Diaz was born on January 26, 1948 in New Orleans , Louisiana to the late Theodore Jr. and Dorothy (Wesley) Diaz of Covington Louisiana. She was the youngest of three siblings. She attended St. Paul elementary school in New Orleans where she confessed Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior at the early of seven. Pat graduated from George Washington Carver High School in 1965 where she was an officer of the brass section of the Marching Hundred Band. She went on to attend Grambling State University and later transferred to Southern University of Baton Rouge, Louisiana. For the majority of her career, Pat worked in various departments in Human Resources. She was employed with Coca-Cola Enterprise for over 17 years, most recently as a Payroll supervisor. During her tenure at Coke, she was a dedicated member of the company bowling league for many seasons. She also had a passion for reading and met monthly with her book club. Last year, she retired as a result of illness and relocated to Northern Virginia to be near her family. On Saturday, August 19, 2006 God called His precious daughter Pat home to glory. She is survived by her daughter Antoinette and son-in-law Sidney of Ashburn, VA along with aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and a host other relatives and friends.
