Terrence Scott Obituary

SCOTT Terrence L. Scott, Jr., affectionately known as "TJ", passed into eternal glory to join the angels on Tuesday, August 28, 2012 at the age of 18 years to go to his final resting place with his Father in Heaven. He was a native of Portland, OR. Beloved son of Valencia K. Tassin and Terrence Scott, Sr. Brother of Diyaneka Scott and Da'Jean Williams. Uncle of Ma'Kayla Gauthier. Nephew of Amber and Christy Tassin. Grandson of Lillie M. Jones, Lydia Scott and Curtis Tassin. Great-grandson of Ora Lee Ellis and Dorothy Howard. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Service at Little Zion Baptist Church, 2200 Kenner Ave in Kenner, on Thursday, September 6, 2012 at 1:00PM. Pastor Leroy Taylor, Officiating. Interment Zion Travelers Baptist Church Cemetery, Reserve, LA. Visitation will be from 11:00AM - 1:00PM. Bardell's Mortuary of Mt. Airy, LA in charge. Hi My Baby Boy. It has been one month since you passed away. I have not had a single day that I have not mourn your passing. I cry for you in the morning and I cry for you at night. I love and miss you so much. You were the wind beneath my wings. I am so proud of you and I am very blessed to have shared 18 yrs of life with you. I know that I will see again in Heaven and when I see you again I won't have to worry about leaving you again. I talk to you every morning to see how you are doing. I never imagined my life without you. I always thought it would be you and I against the world. I love you TJ and I will always love you. You are my Booga and you will always be my baby. Love you J.

Val and Terrence,
TJ is another one of our young people gone too soon, but God knew his suffering more than we did and decided it was time for him to come home and rest at his feet. TJ touched the lives of many and we need to be thankful that God allowed him to be a part of our lives for 18 years. His body is gone, but his spirit and memories will live on in our hearts forever. May he "Rest In Peace", for his suffering is over and we will see him again. My Sympathy goes out to you and your family.

Val, Curtis & Family,

We were sorry to hear of Terrence's passing. We are praying that God will give you strength, comfort and peace in the coming days, knowing that he is in the perfect presence of God where all his needs are met.

Iwas truly sorry to hear of the passing of TJ. He is now whole and laughing and talking with his Heavenly Father. Know that earth has no sorrow that heaven cannot heal.
