I was truely saddened when I heard of Mrs. Winums untimely death. Mrs. Winum was my sons Kindergarden aide 10 yrs ago. She was the one that came up with a creative way to teach my son how to write his name. She was instumental in the progress of his education. She will be greatly missed.

I was shocked tonight to learn of Martha's sudden passing. We shared such a special time in our lives..the births of our kids, and the San Antonio babysitting co-op gave us many opportunities for laughter and tears. She was a dynamo, and will be loved by so many forever.

I was a Kappa at UNL with Martha and also so proud to call her my sister. She was always quick to smile and laugh and made others laugh and smile. I, too, have a heavy heart but I know we will see her again some day. My prayers are with her family and friends.

Larry and family, we were shocked and very sad when we received word that Martha had been taken from you and all her friends. She was always so interested in others and would always seek us out at social events. She will be greatly missed. May all the wonderful memories substain you during these trying times.

It was with great sadness that I learned of the accident and the tragic loss of Martha. Your friends in Texas still remember many wonderful, and joyful times with both of you. I know Martha will be missed by many. May God be with you and your family and give you strenght and comfort in your loss.
