Seth Thomas "Tom" Miller, Jr. age 82, of Council Bluffs, passed away February 8, 2024, at Bethany Lutheran Home. Tom was born December 27, 1941 in Council Bluffs to the late Seth Thomas and Luella (Davis) Miller, Sr. He worked as a gardener for Glenwood State Hospital and later worked in the kitchens of Bergan Mercy and Nebraska Medicine for 30 plus years. Tom was a member of Emanuel Church of the Nazarene. He is survived by his brother, Charles Miller, of St. Petersburg, FL, and other family members and friends. Cremation rites have been accorded. Graveside service and burial, Tuesday, March 12, 2024, at 3 p.m., in Cedar Lawn Cemetery.
