Dr. Sampson was always such a kind and accessible person. I remember calling him around 1980 to find out how to get into the Road Rally circuit. He spent hours giving me information and even took me to the first event we ever entered. He truly went out of his way to try to help people. I will always remember him with the kindest of thoughts.

I am in shock over this loss of such wonderful doctor. Fortunately, I hadn't needed his services for a long while, but I used to see him frequently. He was so kind and down to earth I always enjoyed seeing him. He would speak of his daughters often.
God bless you and keep you comforted at this time.
