Dorothy Gorman Obituary

GORMAN - Dorothy Elizabeth, age 91, of Manassas, VA died Sunday, March 23, 2003 at Cobblestones at Fairmount, Manassas. Mrs. Gorman moved to Manassas from Bogota, NJ six years ago. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Bogota, NJ. Mrs. Gorman was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star. Mrs. Gorman was preceded in death by her husband George F. Gorman, Jr. in 1996. Survivors include her son George F. Gorman, III and his wife Margaret E. of Manassas. Also surviving are three grandchildren, Jennifer G. Rose of Waterford, CT, George F. Gorman, IV of Manassas, VA, Rebecca E. Gorman of Manassas, VA, one niece and one nephew. Graveside services will be held at 1 PM, Wednesday, March 26, 2003 at The Hackensack Cemetery, 289 Hackensack Ave., Hackensack, NJ. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to the American Heart Association, 7203 Poplar St., Annandale, VA 22003 in memory of Dorothy Elizabeth Gorman.
