Wood-Ridge - Margaret "Peggy" E. O'Boyle (nee Regan) 92, of Wood-Ridge formerly of North Bergen passed away on Wednesday, January 23, 2019. Born in West New York to the late Thomas and Mary Regan. Peggy was a Party Plan Salesperson for Stanley Home Products, Lloyds of Linden and Tupperware to name a few; until she established Peggy's Laundry in Union City. For twenty plus years, Peggy and her friends washed tons of clothing including game day uniforms for both Emerson and Union Hill High Schools. Beloved wife of the late William J. O'Boyle. Loving mother of Eleanor Heller and her late husband Peter, William M. O'Boyle and his wife Josephine, the late Deborah Picca and her husband Gerry Picca, Diane Carleo and her husband Vinny and Kenneth O'Boyle and his wife June. Dear sister of the late Tom Regan and his late wife Mary and the late Eleanor Regan. Cherished grandmother of Michael O'Boyle, Lori Sperry, Michelle Barlekamp, Duane Carleo, Gerry Picca, Ryan O'Boyle, Gregory O'Boyle, Jessica Finnery, Peter B. Heller, Kenneth W. O'Boyle, Jonathan O'Boyle, Allyson O'Boyle and fifteen great grandchildren. Peggy is also survived by her many nieces and nephews. She was an avid Mets and NY Giants fan. Margaret was a parent and a head coach. Growing up in the time when everyone did not get a trophy; she inspired her children always with a do not fail will. The individual successes of all her five children are a statement to her tutelage. Rest in Peace dear Margaret. Funeral from Costa Memorial Home Boulevard and Central Ave. Hasbrouck Heights on Saturday, January 26th at 9:15 AM. Funeral Liturgy from the Church of the Assumption of Our Blessed Lady Wood-Ridge at 10:30 AM. Interment following at Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington.
