Mary Friscia Obituary
Mary Friscia, 80 of Wayne, passed away on Saturday May 5, 2018. Born in Newark and raised in Nutley, she was the daughter of the late John and Angelina (Maroni) Trignano. Mrs. Friscia was an avid card player and enjoyed taking trips to the casinos. She was also the 2005 Cape Coral Florida Meatball Contest winner.
Mary is survived by her beloved husband, A. Lawrence Friscia, her loving children, Leonard J. Friscia & his companion, Paulina Moreno, Renee Friscia Cahill & her husband, Michael and John Friscia & his wife, Jennifer. She also leaves her grandchildren, Jacqueline & Daniel Friscia, her sister Charlotte Racioppi; her cousin Nancy MacKay and many loving nieces & nephews. Mary was predeceased by 2 brothers, Otto & Nicholas
The funeral will be from the S.W. Brown & Son Funeral Home (www.swbrownandson.com), 267 Centre St. Nutley on Wednesday May 9 at 9:30 am.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Holy Family Church, Nutley at 10:30 am followed by committal at East Ridgelawn Cemetery in Clifton.
Visitors will be received at the funeral home on Tuesday from 4-8 pm.
