John Brown Obituary

John R. Brown, age 79, of Shalimar, Florida passed away on August 25, 2018. He was born to James and Dorothy Brown in Bridge Hampton New York. He spent 30 years in the United States Air Force and retired as a CMSGT. He then enjoyed his life outdoors doing what he loved most fishing, hunting, and walking the trails with his trusty dog Bella. He is predeceased by his devoted wife of 43 years Reiko. He is survived by his loving daughters Cheryl Brown and Diana Younghanse and her husband John; and precious grandchildren Stephanie, Justin, and great grandson Izaiah. He is also survived by remaining relatives in New York. The family will receive friends from 6-8 P.M. on Thursday, August 30, 2018 at Emerald Coast Funeral Home, 161 Racetrack Road, N.W. Fort Walton Beach, FL 32547. Expressions of love and sympathy may be viewed online at www.emeraldcoastfuneralhome.com. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the Wounded Warrior Foundation.
