I knew Les for 30 years. He was a very kind man and an inspiration to all that met him. He was a hero in every sense of the word.
Animals were the love of his life. He was very passionate when it came to all animals, especially the abused and abandoned ones. Les had such a big heart and would always pick up animals off the streets and take them to a safe place
I will truly miss my friend and all his stories he spoke about.
My condolences to his family. I know his daughters will deeply miss him.

Mr. Sheridan will always be considered a HERO for serving our country during a time when fighting for our freedom was essential. You fought and survived the perils of a devastating and tragic war with honor. Thank you Sir for your bravery, courage and sacrifice not only during the war but years of service to your community. You truly were part of the "Greatest Generation". May God hold you in his loving arms. Rest in Peace.
