Mary Rocoff Obituary

Mary Rocoff Lake Station Mary Rocoff, age 90, of Lake Station, passed away Tuesday, February 17, 2004. She was a member of St. Joseph the Worker Church, Polish Women's Alliance-St. Anne Society #562, Orchard Lake Ladies Auxiliary and the Hobart T.O.P.S. Club. Also, Member of the Glen Park Senior Citizens. Mary was a former member of Holy Family Church for more than 60 years, where she was a past member of the Arch Confraternity. She was also a former member of the Gary Garden Club. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Rocoff in 1998. Mary is survived by two loving daughters: Angeline (Thomas) Grandys of Crown Point and Judith Ann Rukavina of Chesterton. Five Grandchildren: Laurie, Cheryl and Deborah Grandys, Jodi (Terry) Gale and Jennifer (Brian) Farrell. Sister-in-law: Helen Yasevich of St. Louis, Missouri; and Nieces and Nephews. Funeral Services will be held Saturday, February 21, 2004 at 9:15 a.m. at the Geisen Funeral Home, 7905 Broadway, Merrillville, IN, to St. Joseph the Worker Church for a 10:00 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial. Rev. Stephen Loncar officiating. Burial to follow at Calumet Park Cemetery, Merrillville. Friends may call at the Geisen Funeral Home, Merrillville, on Friday from 2:00 to 8:00 p.m. A Rosary service will be offered Friday at 4:00 p.m.
