VICTOR STROM Obituary
age 90, of Ridgewood, NJ and Lake George, NY, on April 19, 2016. Beloved husband of Neva M. (nee Nichols). Loving father of Neva D. Strom (Thomas L. Dula), Dina Grant, and the late Rolf T. Strom. Adoring grandfather of Nikolas and Hannah Dula, and John, George, and Katherine Grant. Cherished brother of the late Elise Strom and the late Robert Strom. Victor was a 35 year employee of the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, and retired as the Director of Public Safety. He was the rock of his community, and his loving care and wisdom will be greatly missed. A memorial service, with reception to follow, will be held on June 17th at 4pm at West Side Presbyterian Church, 6 South Monroe St., Ridgewood, NJ. Feeneyfuneralhome.com.

I lost track of Vic over the past two years, caught up in my own family's affairs. Today I thought of him and found his obituary on line. VIC was such a kind and devoted friend of our family. He and my late Dad, Robert Stoecker, were friends from childhood, I believe, and remained friends until Dad died in 2013. VIC was always interested in how we were doing and what we were doing. I could go on and on, but I just want to lift up Vic as a fine, generous, loving man of great integrity and faith.
