Pamela Hardt Obituary

ODESSA - Pamela Hardt, 58, of Odessa, passed away on Saturday, September 24, 2016 in Odessa.

Visitation will be held 6:00-8:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 28, 2016 at Sunset Memorial Gardens and Funeral Home.

Pamela was born on April 19, 1958 in Odessa, daughter of Sonny and Liz Hardt. She was raised and educated in Odessa. After she graduated from Permian High School, she worked at various jobs until she found Shamrock Steel, where she was employed for the last 21 years. She was a huge fan of country music that included Reba McEntire and Kelly Clarkson. She never met a stranger and if she did, they were not a stranger for long. Pamela will be truly missed by all that knew and loved her.

Pamela is survived by her mother Elizabeth "Liz" Hardt; brothers James Hardt and wife Wendy of Gallatin, Tennessee and Larry Hardt and wife Christina of Sunset, Utah; aunts Donna Kay Reese of Odessa, Texas and Charlene Durham of Granbury, Texas; nieces Kayla Weeks of Odessa, Texas and Amanda Thetford of Odessa, Texas and nephews Tyler Hardt of Gallatin, Tennessee, Eddie Thetford of Odessa, Texas, Stuart Hardt of Sunset, Utah, and Bruce Weeks of Odessa, Texas.

My deepest condolences. I never got the pleasure of meeting Pam in person but would get her monthly phone call or email reminding me of our payment. We are going to miss those monthly calls. It was always a pleasure hearing her voice. My prayers are with her family and friends.
