Andrew Woyat Obituary
He was a 1982 graduate of Rittman High School and also a graduate from The University of Akron with a Civil Engineering Degree. Andrew was a resident of Norton for 20 years. He enjoyed being a St. Vincent-St. Mary's Band Parent, as well as attending all of his children's many activities.
Andy is survived by his wife of 21 years, Marne; daughters, Drew, Kylie and Maci; parents, Ronald and Jeannette; brother, Steve (Celeste); mother-in-law and father-in-law, Chris and Pete Ritchey; sister-in-law, Dana Ritchey; nephews, Paul and Stephen; nieces, Faith and Carmella; along with numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
The family would like to extend a special thanks to Fr. Bob and the Prince of Peace Parish for all of the support that Andy received.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday, 10 a.m. at Prince of Peace Catholic Church, 1281 Shannon Ave., Norton 44203, with Fr. Robert Jackson, Celebrant. The family will receive friends on Friday from 4 to 8 p.m. at the Campfield-Hickman-Collier Funeral Home, 566 W. Park Ave., Barberton 44203. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice Care Center, 3358 Ridgewood Road, Akron 44333 or caringbridge.org or donate one's blood to the American Red Cross.

Ronnie & Jeanette probably don't even remember my family at all. Our mother was married to andy's grandfather before he died. Mom has passed away too.

Andy is one of the most special men I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. He was always a great example of what a husband and father should be. I am sorry to hear of Andy's passing and am very sorry for your loss. Andy was one of my best childhood friends as you know Jeanette. You were like a second Mom to me. I haven't seen Andy or talked to him in years but he had a profound impact on me. Andy's artistic ability when we were in Jr. high amazed me! This is going to be a very heart wrenching day for me.
