Betty I. Soulsby (Arthurs) TOGETHER AGAIN Betty I. Soulsby, 88, passed away September 7, 2021. Born in Hollidaysburg, Pennsylvania, she lived most of her life in Tallmadge. Betty retired from Akron City Hospital in the Dietary Department. Betty was a member of Our Lady of Victory Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Mathew; parents, Christopher and Eva Calise; son, Clifford Arthurs; brothers, Richard and Chris Calise. Betty is survived by her children, Lelia (Kaye) Wortman, Cheryl (Craig) Gerhold, James (Nancy) Arthurs, Dan Arthurs; daughter-in-law, Karen Arthurs; 13 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren; sisters, Nancy (David) Graham, Sherry (Jeff) Barra, Leona (Gary) Yankovic; brother, Daniel Calise; many nieces, nephews and close friends. Visitation will be 4:00 until 6:00 p.m. Thursday, September 16, 2021 at the Donovan Funeral Home, 17 Southwest Ave. (On the Historic Tallmadge Circle). Funeral service will be at 10:00 a.m. Friday, September 17, 2021 at the funeral home with Father John Hengle. Interment will be at Hillside Memorial Park.
