Donald A. Berlin, Sr.

WADSWORTH -- Donald A. Berlin, Sr., 64, of Wadsworth passed away Sunday, November 24, 2013.

He was born on October 23, 1949 in Wadsworth to the late Willard and Mary Grace Berlin. Mr. Berlin was a graduate of Wadsworth High School Class of 1969, was a member of Wadsworth American Legion Post 170, Wadsworth VFW Post 1089, Wadsworth Eagles Aerie #2117 and was retired from the City of Wadsworth.

He was preceded in death by his daughter, Jennifer; brothers, Willard, Jerry and Dan Berlin; and sister, Helen Blankenship. Don is survived by his wife, Cindy with whom he celebrated 22 years of marriage; his children, Vickie (Art) Wade, Donny (Kristine) Berlin, Michelle (Erik) Nemet all of Wadsworth. There are seven grandchildren, Angel, Cassie, Autumn, Brittani, Jessie, Brandon and Christian; six great-grandchildren; his brother, Edward Berlin; sisters-in-law, Christine Berlin and Beverly Berlin; and brother-in-law, Chuck Blankenship.

The family will receive friends 4:30 to 8:30 p.m. Friday at the Hilliard-Rospert Funeral Home, 174 N. Lyman St., Wadsworth where funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday. Interment will be in Woodlawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to American Legion Post #170, 129 Main St., Wadsworth, OH 44281
