Edward Fluellen Obituary
Edward E. Fluellen Sr.
Edward E. Fluellen Sr., 78, passed away February 28, 2010 at Barberton Citizens Hospital.
He was born in Seale, Ala. and was retired from Hiss Bakery.
Preceded in death by wives, Katherine, Juanita and Lorraine and sister, Erma Johnson, he is survived by special companion and long time caregiver, Mary Amos; sons, Ben (Dana Clay) Fluellen of Akron, Edward (Audrey) Fluellen of Las Vegas; daughter, Mary Ann Fluellen of Akron; seven grandchildren, four great-grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held Friday, March 5, 2010 at 1 p.m. at Rhoden Memorial Home, 1101 Palmetto Ave., with Pastor Barbara Lucas officiating. Friends may call at the chapel on Friday from 12 noon until time of service. Interment at Lakewood Cemetery. Procession will form and condolences may be sent to 1128 Cordova 44320.

I have to tell you that i am very sorry for your loss. I worked with your Dad at Hiss Bakery in the mid seventies and I have to say that he made such an impression on my life. Kind and gentle and always willing to be your friend and not judge others. The world has lost one of the truely great people that have graced us with their presence. Thank you for sharing. Until we meet again my friend.
