Helen, and Family, I just came home for a week, I am living in Fla. after retiring in april, I was going through the Beacon Journals and saw that Ray passed. I am so saddened by the news as I know how much he will be missed, he was a great man and such a caring person. My parents are not doing very well at this time my dad is and has been in a wheel chair for over a year and my mother is so tired, life sometimes has ways of not quite being fair. You were very lucky to have had all the wonderful years to spend together, you two had a wonderful life that not everyone gets. May God be with you through these trying days and months, and know that you are thought about.

Sorry to hear about Ray. We were next door neighbors on 23rd street in Kenmore when we were kids, and played together. After we graduated from Kenmore High School we went our separate ways, and I saw him only a few times in the sixty ensuing years. The most recent was several years ago at one of the "Class of '46" reunions. He was a nice guy.

Our deepest sympathies in your great loss. Ray and Neut were our next door neighbors when we were children, and the family long-time members of our church.

Gary:
I will never forget your dad for what he was to me when I was a young teenager. Ray was instrumental in me becoming a man instead of a troubled juvenile. He showed me a direction in his lessons that put me on the right track when I worked for him at the Sinclair station in Kenmore. You and your family have our prayers and anything we can do, feel free to let me know.
