I have very fond memories of a house on Kenilworth that had a lot of love. I was called Honey Girl there and loved it. My son shares a birthday with a man who has left some wonderful memories for those lucky enough to have known him. My thougths are with you.

Mary Ellen and Liz, I talked with Kath last night, she told me.....
I'm so very sorry. I love Bob so very much! I love you all so very much & wish I was home with you all. You know that...
You both were always my "parents" too! Growing up on Kenilworth, both of our homes blended together, probably should have just built a connecting wall....I remember how Dad and Bob did everything together, Bob fixed my bedroom door that Dad mangled!!!! so it would actually close properly...from our summer "hot-dog fest" picnics, to watching Dad and Bob come home after a long day of work and jump off the garage roof into the pool, telling us all: "Don't ever do this!" to Mom and Mary Ellen throwing us all, one by one, into the pool at the start of each summer pool season....even the ones who couldn't yet swim!!! I have those pics! Our Friday night "beer" nights all these past years....great conversation and fun:) I'm so grateful for those times and those conversations! I think that Mom and Bob are sitting somewhere, having a glass of great beer and talking the night away....
My deepest love to you all!

Dear Mrs. Trockle and Liz,
I am so sorry to hear of your loss. I will always remember Mr. Trockle as such a strong and true man. My dad and him were lifelong friends, as their parents had been before them. I will forever be thankful for the many memories we shared growing up and going to football games. The stories that special group of men told of their lifelong friendships, their exploits and their sense of fun will never be forgotten. I feel blessed to have been touched just a little by his goodness. Hold the many wonderful memories you have close to your heart and take them out often, especially in the more difficult times.
I am sensing a reunion of V42(card games, football and possibly a drink or two).
Love and Prayers to both of you-
Carla Bouschere Steiner
