It was just today that we found out about the loss of Robert. We never knew him personally, but often saw him visiting his Grandma Delsie who lives next door to us.

When reading the entries in this guest book, it is obviously our loss to never have known him. It also shows that his two beautiful children have many people to tell them stories about their Dad and keep his memory alive. How wonderful for them!

God Bless your family and may all of the wonderful things Robert did in his life and the smiles on his children's faces bring you through this difficult time.

I grew up around Rob and Jennifer's extended family, and honestly, I have never seen a more tightly knit group. Even though it has been many years since I have seen him, my lasting memory is a man who always had a smile on his face and nothing but kind words for all. Even though we were little kids, he always made time to hang out with me and his cousin Chrissy.

Robby was my oldest cousin and will be missed greatly. When I was younger Robby always made the family gatherings better becuase he would play with all of his younger cousins. When I watched Robby play with his kids it reminded me of how he used to play with me and his other cousins. My memories of him will never be forgotten.

We were all blessed to have Rob in our lives. There are no words to explain the vacant spot that is left in our hearts. Rob was such a pleasant and fun-loving person to be around, always making people laugh. I am so thankful our family got together this past Thanksgiving with Chef Rob, preparing the feast. I cant say enough about how he loved his family and talked so proudly of them. He will always be loved and never forgotten. I have so many great memories of him that will never fade away.

Rob will be missed by so many of us. He was my oldest nephew. The first grandchild on both sides. I have many, many memories which I will forever cherish. I watched him grow up and remember how all his cousins who were younger would get so excited when Robby would come over. He was always great with kids and I used to say how he will be a great daddy. He did not disappoint me. He was a wonderful father, and so proud of his beautiful family. I loved him very much and only wish I would have seen him more to tell him. He will never be forgotten.

I never knew Robert but certainly knew Rob. That’s who he was to me. I can't begin to feel what you are experiencing now but know that when I learned of the accident from your mother in law, the chill I experienced went through my body from head to toe.

I was speechless then and still have difficulty expressing my feelings now as I search for the right words.

I want you to know that I have personally worked with Rob and found that he had a special way to convey his thoughts and ideas about things that were thoughtful and refreshing. He refused no task and was eager to take on new challenges and learn about new things. He was not only eager, but I feel that he excelled in putting forth an effort that was second to none because he was truly interested in what he was doing and wanted to do a good job. I still can’t believe how organized he was; a trait that many people would love to emulate. I just know that he was, and would have continued to be, a terrific role model for the boys.

I wish that I could write the words that would make you and you family feel better but I know that there aren’t any. I hope that there is some comfort in knowing that there are many people that Rob’s life has touched and that those lives have been enriched by his presence.

I will miss his cheerful good morning greeting, his engaging smile and, and,...............

No words can express how truly sorry I am for you and your family. Rob was a great person to work with. He was always happy and fun to be around. You could see the joy when he would talk about the kids and the camping in the back yard. My prayers are with you and your family and may God be with you during your time of sorrow. Remember the wonderful times and watch for the butterflies. God Bless.

As a close friend and co-worker of Rob, I probably got to spend as much time with him at work as he spent with his family at home. I can truly say he was one of the most dedicated employees I have ever worked with and I can only image his love and dedication to his family and friends. It was just last week that I was reviewing a project with Rob in which he had some minor issues with the contractor. My exact words were “Rob, you’re just too damn nice of a guy to be in this business”. I think that sums it up.

Jennifer

I know your mother and father very well. I work with your mom. I just want you to know I have been where you are today. I know how you feel first hand. I just want you to know you are not alone even though you feel that you are and no one understands how you feel they all want to help. I just want you to know its ok to be angry, mad happy and sad all at the same time. It gets easier. These are emotions we all have to go through let them happen. Your children will be your salvation, I know mine were. You have something some people look a life time for and never find. You had a wonderful husband who loved you and 2 beautiful children that need you. Take care, be safe and take one day at a time. God will watch over you and your children and Rob will be by His side.

I always felt my children had a special angel to watch over them and keep them safe as they grew up and they did thier father.

Rob was apart of my family when I was younger. Kris, Heather and Krisi have always been like sister's to me. I feel unfortunate that I never really knew Rob, I do however remember him always having a smile on his face... The times at my aunt Linda's when he'd throw me and Kristi around the pool or him passing in the house... And I remember most the smile on his face on his wedding day. To Jennifer, Carter, Carson, and everyone missing Rob today... My prayers and thoughts are with you all. May you all find strengh in ur hearts during these hard times and days ahead.
