OwensJuly 9, 1987 - Feb. 11, 2015 MCLOUD, OK Nikki Dayle Cress Owens passed away February 11, 2015 in Oklahoma City, OK at the age of 27 years. She was born July 9, 1987 in Midwest City, OK to Galen LeRoy Cress, Sr. and Stella Jean (Owens). Nikki attended McLoud Public Schools most of her life and graduated from Tecumseh High School. She attended Vo-Tech and trained in auto mechanics. Nikki attended Calvary Assembly of God in Midwest City. She loved singing, writing poems and short stories.Nikki is survived by her mother and step-father, Stella and Floyd Rayburn; her father and step-mother, Galen and Tonya Cress; maternal grandmother, Oleva Owens; one daughter, Tierra Owens; three brothers, Galen Cress, Jr., F. Carl Cress and Alton Rayburn; two sisters, Alexandria Rayburn and Emily Cress; several cousins, aunts, uncles and a host of other family and friends. She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Billy Carl Owens.Memorial services will be held on Saturday, February 21, 2015, at 11:00 AM at Calvary Assembly of God in Midwest City with Rev. Curtis Ophus officiating. Honorary bearers will be Galen Cress, Jr., F. Carl Cress, Alton Rayburn, Roy Vineyard, Junior Marvin and Jeremy Knox.Services are under the direction of OK Cremation and Funeral Home, Oklahoma City.
