Diana Hardin Obituary
Born on June 6, 1944, beloved daughter, sister, wife, mother and grandmother. Passed away on Sunday February 5, 2023 at peace and in no pain after a valiant fight against Mesothelioma.
She was born, raised and lived her whole life in Omaha. She was preceded in death by her parents, Susan Elizabeth and Omer Benson; by her brothers, sister and spouses: Phil and Phyllis Minino, Dick and Peggy Benson, Kathy Benson; twin brother, Douglas (Dale) and Jo Ann Benson; and brothers in-law, Robert and Richard Hardin.
She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Ronald B. Hardin; her son, Ronald B. Hardin Jr.; daughter in-law Molly Hardin; granddaughters, Emma Gloria Hardin and Celeste Anice Hardin; brother Donald Benson; brother-in-law Roger Hardin; sisters-in-law, Jo Ann Hardin, Cheryl Hardin and Estelle Hardin; and many, many beloved cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
Diana will be Laid to Rest at the Omaha Nation Cemetery. A Celebration of Life will be held in early March, and word will be spread through family and friends as plans are solidified. Leave messages online at NebraskaCremation.com

Ron and family, I was devastated hearing of Dee Dee's passing. We worked together for 20 years at Prudential. She was such a fun person and very loving. My condolences.

Aunt Dee was the sweetest woman. I always felt so loved when I was around her. She was such a strong woman who fought with grace until God called her home. I am blessed with many memories. Much love and prayers to Uncle Ron, cousins Ron and Molly and the girls. She loved you all fiercely.
