CIRCO-Sebastian Arnold, age 86,
Omaha. Survived by wife, Olive Circo; brother and sister-in-law Paul Sr. and Lucille Circo; son Dennis Circo of Omaha; daughter Lisa Circo of San Diego, CA; grandchildren Chris Circo, Alissa Circo Momson and husband Brad; great-granddaughter Bella Circo; many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by brother Joseph and sisters Sebastina and Sarah. Seb was born Nov. 30, 1918 in Lexington, NE, to Salvatore and Conchetta Circo. He married Olive Juliet Odorisio on Feb. 20, 1946. Seb founded Precision Industries (originally Precision Bearing Service) on May 7, 1945 in Omaha.
Precision Bearing became Precision Industries in 1990. Today, Precision Industries is one of the world's largest family owned industrial distributors with 140 locations throughout Canada, the United Stated and Mexico, export operations worldwide, with 800 associates. Sebastian's son, Dennis Circo, serves as Chairman and CEO and his grandson, Chris Circo, as President and Chief Operating Officer. Seb was a founder of ABS (American Bearings Specialists Association); Skyline Woods Country Club; a founding shareholder in Union Plaza Casino in Las Vegas; a founding member of Christ the King; served on the Archbishops Committee for Development for 25 years; was inducted into the South High Hall of Fame; honored by the River City Roundup Business Hall of Fame; and served on industry advisory boards and committees for dozens of major companies too numerous to mention.
VISITATION begins Thursday 4pm with Vigil Service at 7pm at Christ the King Church, 654 South 86th Street. SERVICES Friday 10am, Christ the King Church. Entombment at Resurrection Cemetery Mausoleum 7800 West Center Road. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Girls and Boys Town, P.O. Box 6000, Boys Town, NE 68010.
