His work took him to Sacramento, Cape Canaveral, Washington D.C., and many other areas. He was always highly respected for his intelligence and leadership, and beloved for his compassion for his friends and family and colleagues. He retired as a Deputy to the Vice President.

In addition to his wife of 53 years, Howard is survived by his sons, Allan and Scott; his grandson, Kyle, his sister, Estelle and her family; and his brother and sister-in-law, Ron and Sharon.

So sorry to hear of Howard's passing. Howard and I worked together for many years at McDonnell Douglas Huntington Beach. Howard was a tremendous engineer and unmatched in his ability to produce top quality products in numerous diverse technical areas. Most of all, he was a true friend and would go the extra mile to help anyone in need. I will truly miss you Howard. God Bless you Vickie and the Tucker family.

Please let me know of any future memorial services to be held.
