I met Frank through the Lake City Florida Elks Lodge. He was a great man to spend time with and share stories. I will treasure the few years I had alongside him. It isn't often that you find a friend like Frank. By his stories and friendships, I could tell that he has impacted many people and organizations with his talents. I certainly will miss Frank and I pray for Barbara, his Family and Friends. Rest in peace by the still waters Frank.

Sincerely,
Stephen Sims
