Altizer, Winter Park, FL, Sister, Melanie Kines, Williston, VT. Grandfather, Carey Collier, Deland. FL, Great Aunt, Genevieve Robinson, Winter Park, FL, Uncle, Michael Collier, Deland, FL. In lieu of flowers the family respectfully request that donations be made to the American Diabetes Association, P.O. Box 2680, North Canton, OH 44720. Family Funeral Care, Oviedo, FL (407) 365-1600.
