Margaret Parker Weiss

WEISS, MRS. MARGARET PARKER, of Dunwoody, GA, formerly of Orlando, FL, passed away on December 19, 2010 at the age of 90. Mrs. Weiss was retired from United Telephone in Winter Park, FL. After retirement, she was active in several social and charitable organizations including St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church, United Telephone's Retiree Group (Ladies of Leisure), and the Pink Ladies of Winter Park Hospital. She is preceded in death by her husband, Charlie Weiss and her daughter, Mary. She is survived by her son, Richard (Charlie) Weiss of Dunwoody, GA., daughter-in-law Katherine Hage Weiss of Dunwoody, GA., son Monsignor Bob Weiss of Newtown, CT, son John Weiss of Coral Gables, FL, son Tom Weiss of Winter Park, FL, daughter-in-law Joy Neuman Weiss of Winter Park, FL., four grandchildren and seven great-grand-children. The family will receive friends at the Carey Hand Cox-Parker Funeral Home at 1350 West Fairbanks Ave. in Winter Park, FL on Tuesday, December 28, 2010 from 5-8 PM with a Rosary Service at 7:30 PM. The Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, December 29, 2010 at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church on Edgewater Dr. at 10:00 AM. Interment will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park.
